Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect the time of all guests, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to avoid disrupting the service schedule and will be subject to a late fee.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Future bookings may require a deposit.
